Jimmy Rodgers started playing guitar at around 12 years old. Learning from the multiple musicians in his family he was able to hone his skills and over time branched out into multiple instruments.

Jimmy’s love of performing has led to playing in the Hastings and Quinte area as one half of the duo, The Rodgers Boys.

His teaching style is individualized to each person and not genre specific. From complex musical theory to just basic chords, meeting people at their level is his main focus in teaching.
