Herman started learning piano at age 13. He obtained level 9 RCM Piano at 17 then entered the Music Program (B.MUS) at Queen’s University as a Piano major. He has also obtained the teacher course certification from the Royal Conservatory of Music for teaching Elementary, Intermediate and Advanced piano students.

He is also an active violinist, he plays first violin at the Quinte Symphony and the Carpe Diem String Ensemble. He began teaching music in 2022, he brings a passion for music and excels at analyzing practice issues and helping find solutions.

Teaching areas include Trenton and Belleville, and online lessons are available.
